The Beaches
Moraira has two beaches, both with golden sand and suitable for children. The beach of El Portet in the exclusive area of Moriara is very pretty with a true Mediterranean feel and is well worth a visit, especially if you like gentle snorkeling, as there is always plenty of fish swimming around.
Fiestas
Like many towns along the coast there is an annual Moors & Christians fiesta. Moraira does this fiesta in style, with parading horses and entertainers through the streets. There is also a annual music festival around the same time, with local musicians and fireworks.
